My first introduction to customer service was through both my parents. Watching them take the risk to open a small business was the best education they could have given me. 

Their example of hard work, determination, attention to detail, positive attitude, ethical business practices, and pride of ownership was woven into the fiber of who I am personally and professionally, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to help anyone during their life changes and decision financially and emotionally to invest in buying or selling a home.

I have fifteen years’ experience and spent five years part of the BEASON-BRODERSEN Team.  I continue to add to my expertise with continue education, designations, and broker-salesperson licensing.

Listening skills and understanding the client’s needs have helped in my success and receive recognition as " Award of Excellence Bronze Medal Lifetime Member”, " Award of Excellence Silver Medal," and " Coldwell Banker Vanguard International Sterling Silver Society and International Diamond Society."

Carrie has resided in the Springfield area for most of my life with a few exceptions, Carrie served our country four years in the United Sates Airforce.

Married and with one grandchild I enjoy spending free time with family.

I have been involved in the community and have contributed many volunteer hours for such causes as Southwest Missouri C.A.S.A (Court appointed advocate for abused and neglected children) and was named C.A.S.A. volunteer of the year for the state of Missouri.
